Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions in Chennai is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, gather requirements, map processes, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

You will document BRD/FRD/user stories, facilitate workshops, and coordinate with development and QA through the SDLC, employing Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, or Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
• Support UAT activities including test case validation and sign-off.
