Job summary

AiSensy is seeking a data analytics professional to build and maintain BI dashboards, write complex SQL queries, and develop automated analyses. You will join a fast-growing B2B SaaS team tackling data-driven challenges across the business.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and partnerships to uncover insights, model data in Python, and present actionable recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Expect a hands-on role shaping strategy and operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a business analytics or data analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience building or maintaining BI dashboards in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and build analytics dashboards using Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau to make data accessible to stakeholders.
• Craft sophisticated SQL queries to extract, transform and explore data from databases.
• Develop automated analyses and data models in Excel for rapid iteration and reporting.
• Write Python scripts using Pandas, NumPy and Matplotlib to perform statistical analysis and build visualizations.
• Hunt for meaningful patterns and correlations in large datasets that reveal business opportunities.
• Evaluate product usage metrics, sales pipeline health, and partner channel performance to guide improvements.
• Translate raw findings into clear, actionable recommendations that non-technical teams can act on.

• Partner with product, engineering, growth, and partnerships functions to uncover insights and drive decisions
• Take ownership of analytical projects that shape strategy and operations

What you'll work on:

• Design and build analytics dashboards using tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau to make data accessible to stakeholders
• Craft sophisticated SQL queries to extract, transform and explore data from databases
• Develop automated analyses and data models in Excel for rapid iteration and reporting
• Write Python scripts using Pandas, NumPy and Matplotlib to perform statistical analysis and build visualizations

What you'll need:

• 2–4 years working in a business analytics or data analytics role

• Advanced Excel capabilities including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros and data visualization
• Demonstrated success building or maintaining BI dashboards in a production setting
• Python knowledge at basic to intermediate level, with comfort in common libraries
• Strong logical reasoning and ability to break down ambiguous problems into steps
• A mindset geared toward finding root causes and stress-testing assumptions
• Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and business audiences
