Job summary

ART Affordable Housing Finance is seeking a Business Analyst in Gurugram to drive BRD development, coordinate with business users and Solution Head, and oversee SDLC activities. You will validate vendor software against BRD, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage third-party integrations.

The role requires NBFC/housing finance domain exposure, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with data analytics, SQL queries, and API tools. PMP/CSM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• BRD creation and coordination with business users and Solution Head.
• Experience writing test scenarios/cases and validating delivered software.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, waterfall and Agile.
• Prior NBFC/Housing Finance project delivery, 10-man-months minimum per project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BRDs with business users and Solution Head.
• Review and verify vendor-delivered software against BRD.
• Coordinate SDLC activities across teams and vendors.
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and escalation handling.

Job Description

• Hands-on experience of developing Business Requirement document (BRD) in coordination with Business user / Solution Head using various techniques e.g. Mind Map, process observations, elicitation, output analysis etc.
• Hands-on experience in writing test scenarios / test cases and verify delivered software by IT vendor / development team in accordance with the shared BRD
• In depth understanding of the SDLC (Software development life cycle), waterfall / agile methodology
• Should have worked for NBFC and Housing Finance Company and delivered at least 10-man months project individually
• Should have exposure of handling business users, vendors and other stakeholders involved in the project for their deliverable
• Should have exposure of project plan development, tracking and understanding of task prioritization & escalation handling
• Responsible for Third party integration with the Business IT applications
• Responsible for vendor management, Patch Management and Compliance as required by Audit Teams.
