Job summary

CSM Tech US is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst in Delhi to understand customer requirements and communicate with the development team through proper documentation. The role involves preparing SRS/FRS, managing change requests, and coordinating with PMs and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The candidate will train users, conduct UAT at client sites, map business processes using BPMN/UML, and support IT infrastructure and hosting activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as IT business analyst for projects of similar nature.
• Experience in BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, GitHub, SQL, Excel, API understanding, wireframes, and UAT.
• Experience in conducting stakeholder workshops and trainings for users.
• Knowledge of business process mapping using BPMN or UML.

Responsibilities

• Manage change requests and scope during project development and implementation; collaborate with PM and leads for functional impact analysis.

• Participate in additional requirements study at client and MOM preparations; ensure successful project implementation.
• Support hosting, server and other IT infrastructure deployed for the project.
• Coordinate with ITS and arrange IT Infrastructure during training and demos; coordinate with ITS for hosting/migration in Data Center.

Job Profile

• Maintain detailed application and domain knowledge to support technical teams, as appropriate Client and Stakeholder Interfacing.
• Involve in preparation of SRS, FRS after system study.
• Manage the Change Requests and Scope during project development and implementation Work closely with Project Manager and Project Leads and do functional impact analysis
• Conduct project training and UAT at client place.
• Involve in additional requirements study at client and MOM preparations of meetings at Client site. Ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Support in Hosting, Server and other IT Infrastructure deployed for the Project.
• Co-ordinate with ITS and arrange necessary IT Infrastructure during training and demo of project(As per Agreement).
• Co-ordinate with ITS and Communication (Mail/Letter) to Client during hosting/migration of application in the Data Center.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of total experience in IT Industry
