Job summary

Vedic Systems in India is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements across IT/software projects. You will work directly with clients and stakeholders to elicit needs, translate them into BRDs/FRDs and user stories, and ensure alignment with project goals.

The role requires strong communication, a solid understanding of SDLC, and experience with Jira/Confluence. Work location is Habsiguda, Hyderabad, on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for IT/software projects.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into BRDs/FRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio (or similar tools) preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar tools is preferred.
