Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Chennai. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and developing insights to enable decision-making. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations.

• Business Analyst Experience (Insurance):Minimum three years of experience as a dedicated Business Analyst on Insurance projects. Insurance sector experience is strongly preferred. Includes requirements gathering, analysis, functional test case preparation, functional testing and documentation expertise.
• Communication Skills:Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to clearly and effectively convey information through various channels to diverse audiences. Demonstrates clarity and persuasiveness in both written and spoken interactions.
• Adaptability & Learning:Energetic and adaptable individual with a strong learning aptitude. Eager to acquire new skills and readily adjust to changing requirements and technologies. Possesses a proactive approach and demonstrates a growth mindset.
