Job summary

Binary Semantics Ltd. recruits an experienced Business Analyst to join our Gurgaon team. The candidate will work within the BFSI/Insurance/Health domain, gathering requirements and acting as a consultant to translate needs into detailed designs and use cases.

You will support architecture decisions, data flows, and process improvements, collaborating across agile teams and stakeholders. You will excel in communication, documentation, and analytical thinking, with hands-on experience in SDLC

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in BFSI/ Insurance/Health domain.
• Strong experience in Insurance as Business Analyst/Business consultant.
• Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of Architecture (Logical) principles and technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, Automation.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall and SDLC models in engagements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, such as MS Visio and Excel for process diagrams, approach documents, NFRs, and RACI matrices.
• Experience in enterprise level projects.
• Involved in implementation of 3rd party integrations.
• Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for BFSI/Insurance projects.
• Act as business consultant to translate requirements into design and use cases.
• Apply business analysis methodologies and create process diagrams.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders; document decisions and specs.
• Contribute to architecture considerations and integration efforts.
• Participate in Agile/Waterfall SDLC activities and project governance.
• Prepare RACI matrices, approach documents and NFRs during delivery.
• Support enterprise-scale projects and 3rd party integrations.

Position – Business Analyst

Experience – 4+ yrs

Note: Candidate must have experience into Insurance Domain (Preferred General, Health ,Motor, PNC)

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Should have 4+ years of experience in BFSI/ Insurance/Health domain.
• Should have strong experience in Insurance as Business Analyst/ Business consultant.
• Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies.
• Should have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Should possess basic knowledge of Architecture (Logical) principles and appreciation of technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, Automation
• Experience of working in Agile, waterfall and SDLC models in engagements
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, such as MS Visio, excel etc to work on creating process flow diagrams, approach document, NFR documents, RACI matrix etc.
• Should have experience of working on enterprise level projects.
• Involved in implementation of 3rd party integrations
• Excellent Documentation & Interpersonal Skills.
