Job summary

Teceze India is seeking a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to drive ERP/enterprise application projects in Chennai. You will gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure delivery of BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will map As-Is/To-Be processes, create functional workflows, review test cases for UAT, and support product demos and user training. Familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps and SQL/REST APIs is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands‑on experience in ERP / enterprise application projects.
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Good understanding of business workflows and approval processes.

Responsibilities
