Job summary

FyndTech in India is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge client requirements and delivery teams across CRM, ERP and custom software projects. You will gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories for engineering, and support QA and UAT to ensure delivered features meet client needs.

You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to documentation throughout the project lifecycle, gaining exposure to diverse client projects and industries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/IT services.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering and design teams.
