Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Chennai to define requirements, enhance processes, and support technology initiatives across Cards, Payments, or Retail Banking. You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include documenting BRD/FRD/User Stories, translating needs into specifications, and supporting Agile ceremonies. Must be willing to work night shifts with start at 6:00 PM IST.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Cards, Payments, or Retail Banking.
• Strong data analysis and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, process mapping, and documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
