Job summary

Citi in Chennai invites an experienced Business Analyst to define requirements, improve processes, and support technology initiatives across Cards, Payments, or Retail Banking functions. You will partner with business and IT to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include gathering BRD/FRD/User Stories, creating test plans, collaborating in Agile ceremonies, and ensuring traceability and risk management. Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM IST is required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Cards, Payments, or Retail Banking.
• Strong skills in data analysis and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, process mapping, and documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
