Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain detailed Functional Design Documents based on business requirements and to bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

The role includes supporting DocuSign processes, leveraging Azure, DevOps, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft Office suite for documentation, data analysis, and reporting, and interpreting XML for data validation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Degree, advantage if related to MIS.
• Proven experience writing clear and comprehensive Functional Design Documents.
• Strong communication skills conveying requirements to developers and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with DocuSign platform and support.
• Proficiency in Azure and DevOps for project lifecycle management.
• Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to read and understand XML data structures.
• Proven experience with leasing and sales pricing concepts within a commercial environment.
• Added advantage if knowledgeable in CapitalStream or Oracle.
• Added advantage if possessing sales experience.
• Added advantage if possessing credit experience and/or Origination Business process experience.
