Job summary

Wissen Technology seeks an experienced Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting & Compliance) to join its Investment Banking/Capital Markets domain in a hybrid setting. You will oversee regulatory reporting initiatives, analyze data, and work closely with compliance, business, and technology teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 9-15 years of experience, MCA/B.E/B.Tech/MTech, and strong SQL with familiarity in MiFID/ASIC/EMIR regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on regulatory reporting and compliance experience in financial services.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.

• Ability to document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.

• Analyse regulatory reporting requirements, data flows, business rules, and reporting gaps.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other functional documentation.
