Job summary

Zensar Technologies seeks an experienced Business Analyst in Pune to collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and translate them into actionable specifications for development and QA teams. You will participate in UAT, manage defects, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the Insurance domain.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, process improvement, and detailed documentation to support product design and testing efforts across Agile and Waterfall

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• X years of experience in the Insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development and testing teams.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, QA teams, and project managers.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production validation activities.
• Participate in solution design discussions and impact analysis.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Insurance domain responsibilities include Policy Administration and understanding Life Insurance.
