Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Pune is seeking a Senior QE Delivery Lead to own end-to-end QE portfolio delivery for Insurance accounts. You will drive growth through proposals and AI-enabled QE services, and ensure high CSAT via strong stakeholder management and impactful demos.

The role requires leading delivery governance across multiple accounts, driving test improvements, and mentoring QE teams to build capabilities while balancing technical leadership with people management.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years in QA/Testing with 5–6+ years in delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering multi-account portfolios in Insurance domain.
• AI experience is mandatory.

• Drive account growth and expansion through proposals, RFPs, estimations, and AI for QE service adoption within Insurance clients.
• Ensure high CSAT via strong stakeholder management and impactful demos.
• Establish delivery governance across accounts (KPIs, risks, compliance, regulatory considerations, reviews).
• Lead test improvement initiatives across coverage, efficiency, and quality metrics.
• Drive adoption of AI-led QE, automation-first, and CI/CD practices across Agile/DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Provide expertise across testing methodologies (integration, system, UAT, Regression, automation) with BFSI domain context.
• Mentor and guide QE associates, driving talent upskilling and capability building.
• Balance technical leadership and people management to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
