Zensar Technologies Limited seeks a senior-level Lead Business Consultant to design, validate and implement performance measurement and attribution methodologies for wealth and asset management clients. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications and guide technology builds to deliver GIPS-compliant, client-centric reporting solutions.

You will lead client workshops, develop documentation, review prototypes for accuracy, and mentor junior staff in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in performance measurement and attribution for wealth or asset management clients.
• MBA or Finance degree; CFA/CIPM/FRM certification (CIPM preferred).
• Deep knowledge of time-weighted vs money-weighted returns, GIPS composite construction, and risk-adjusted metrics (Sharpe, Treynor, Information Ratio, VaR).
• Experience with portfolio accounting or reporting platforms (Advent, SS&C, FIS, Confluence, StatPro, Eagle, Addepar).
• Proficient SQL for data validation and requirements verification.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and conduct client interviews with minimal supervision.
• Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile projects and familiarity with Agile terminology.
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation abilities across diverse cultures.
• Demonstrated mentoring, coaching and knowledge-sharing capabilities within consulting teams.
