Responsibilities

• Collect, understand, and transmit business requirements and translate into functional specs and test plans.
• Analyze and document business processes.
• Document workflows and obtain client sign-off on specifications.
• Serve as a link between customer, development team and third parties throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage change requests to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare weekly status reports for the project manager with milestones and risks.

Required Criteria

  Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project,and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
• Analyze and document business processes.
• Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from clienton the specifications.
• To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third-partyregarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
• Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensureagreed deadlines are met.
• Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress againstoutstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.

  Skills Required

• Should be well versed with the Travel Industry and Domain.
• Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
• Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for InformationSystems.
• A proven track record in Software Development.
• End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
• Has experience of working as a BA in Agile SDLC process.
• Proven experience interacting directly with end users – customer facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Desire and willingness to travel to client site to conduct training workshops.
