Accenture in India is seeking a Business Agility Practitioner to advise clients on organizational transformation, driving AI-enabled innovation and business agility. Based in Bengaluru, you will engage with stakeholders, run workshops, and guide teams to adopt evolving processes that enable outlearning and outpacing competition.

You will analyze current workflows, propose improvements aligned with best practices, and lead cross-functional efforts across cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization

Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for organizational transformation, facilitating workshops, and guiding teams in implementing strategies that enable them to adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will also analyze current processes and recommend improvements that align with best practices, ensuring that clients can outlearn and outperform their competition effectively.
