Summary: As an AI Strategy Practitioner, a typical day involves leveraging deep industry knowledge and artificial intelligence insights to develop comprehensive strategies that align with business objectives. This role focuses on identifying opportunities where AI can add value throughout the business value chain, designing blueprints for data and AI platforms, and shaping target operating models. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the AI initiatives are integrated effectively, while also considering broader organizational impacts such as talent strategy and capability development. The role demands a forward-thinking approach to drive innovation and sustainable growth through AI adoption.
