What would you do?

• Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduced costs

• Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system. What are we looking for?
• Working inside a small team developing web app based solution using common development languages
• Has an in depth understanding of Authoring tools Articulate 360 Flow 2 GOMO
• Knowledge of generative AI and AI functionalities in authoring tools.
• Has an in depth understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML
• Has experience in developing content for mobile platforms or has worked on development of mobile applications e.g., IOS, Android and Windows Phone
• Experience undertaking common software quality assurance practices to validate solutions developed. Has experience creating detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for translating business requirements against standard product offerings and development platforms.
• Create prototypes, complete Integration testing with delivery platforms, create job aids and other relevant documentation, onboard the content development team on the tools and processes
• Expected to have deep knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors to deploy and test the courses to provide best users experience.
• Responsible for reporting status of team members to internalexternal stakeholders
• Up skill the content development team on standard tools and technologies. The Technical Architect is expected to learn new tools as and when introduced and knowledge share it with other team members.
• Expected to carry out R&D into new technical solutions in line with client business requirements and company strategy.
• Work in collaboration with ID and media team to provide the solution as per the requirement.
