Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a seasoned Bus & Technology Delivery Associate Manager for Learning Operations. You will lead digital learning solution design and enterprise platform implementations, guiding teams across technology and consulting domains.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, vendor evaluation, and AI-enabled learning innovations within a global client base, including North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; postgraduate certifications preferred.
• 10 to 14 years of experience in digital learning solution design and technology leadership.
• Hands-on with eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI, CMI-5) and LMS/LXP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide client advisory and learning strategy; define roadmaps and evaluate vendor options.
• Lead delivery of complex learning technology initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Support AI strategy development for clients and Accentures learning operations.
• Develop roadmaps for new learning offerings; drive innovation and automation.
• Maintain relationships with platform vendors and perform market research.

• A seasoned Learning Technology Lead with 11 to 12 years of experience in digital learning solution design, technology leadership, and enterprise platform implementation. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep operations & consulting experience and a strong background in digital learning ecosystems, automation of learning operations and Innovation.

• Strong grasp of LMSLXP platforms: Cornerstone OnDemand, Moodle, Saba Cloud, SuccessFactors, etc.
• Familiarity with project management tools: Azure DevOps, Kanban, LeanKit. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Client Advisory & Learning Strategy:
• Conduct strategic needs assessments, define roadmaps, and support vendor selection and evaluation processes.
• Serve as a Consultant and thought leader for clients across North America, EMEA, and APAC, translating business requirements into scalable learning tech solutions.
• Experienced in generative AI and agentic AI tools, supporting AI strategy development for clients and Accentures learning operations.
• Project Delivery:
• Manage cross-functional technology team including, software engineers, architects, and business analysts to deliver on complex technology initiatives.
• Oversee operations projects with a focus on cost optimization, resource planning, and on-time delivery.
• Exhibit a role of career counselor, coach, and mentor, engaging in regular dialogues on a weekly and monthly basis to address concerns, foster professional growth, and maintain optimal levels of team engagement.
• Spearhead innovation and automation initiatives for client engagements, expertly conceptualizing and developing roadmaps for new offerings tailored to learning clients.
• Business Development & Thought Leadership:
• Maintain strong relationships with platform vendors and stay current with the latest tech trends in learning.
• Support learning technology PoVs and lead market research initiatives to inform internal and client strategies.
