Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Architect-level professional focused on Talent Development and Learning Delivery Instruction to develop and deliver training solutions for external clients. You will work within the LEDD team, contributing to web/app-based solutions and leveraging industry-standard authoring tools.

The role requires expertise in HTML5/CSS3/JS/XML, strong English communication, and familiarity with SCORM/AICC learning frameworks, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in web/app-based development using common development languages and authoring tools.
• In-depth understanding of Articulate 360, Flow 2, GOMO.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML.
• Strong English communication skills (written or verbal).
• Familiarity with SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC.

Responsibilities

• Develop courses per templates using different authoring tools.
• Deploy and test courses on LMS platforms like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors to ensure best user experience.
• Explore and learn new authoring tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with ID and media teams to develop and deliver courses.
• Report status of work to leads or stakeholders.

What would you do?

• The Technical Architect supports the Accentures Learning Experience Design & Development team (LEDD) in a variety of capacities. The role entails supporting the development and delivery of training solutions to all external clients.

What are we looking for?

• B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics
• 5+ years experience in the following areas:
• Working inside a small team developing web, app-based solution using common development languages, authoring tools
• Has an in-depth understanding of Authoring tools, Articulate 360, Flow 2, GOMO
• Knowledge of generative AI and AI functionalities in authoring tools.
• Has good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML
• Strong English written or verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary.
• Ability to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments while meeting agreed upon timelines and commitments.
• Familiarity or expertise in industry standard learning courseware frameworks: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC
