Job summary

Accenture in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Bus Technology Delivery Analyst to support the LEDD team in developing and delivering training solutions for external clients. The role focuses on talent development, content creation, LMS deployment, and collaboration with ID and media teams to ensure engaging e-learning experiences.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience, strong English, and knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Lectora, Captivate, Flow 2 and LMS platforms like

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience preferably in the learning industry.
• Experience developing web/app-based solutions using common development languages/authoring tools.
• In-depth understanding of authoring tools Articulate 360, Lectora, Captivate, Flow 2, GOMO.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research as necessary.
• Ability to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments to deadlines.
• Familiarity with SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC.

Responsibilities

• Develop courses as per templates using different authoring tools.
• Deploy and test courses in LMS like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors for best user experience.
• Explore and learn new authoring tools/platforms available.
• Collaborate with ID and media teams to develop and deliver courses.
• Report status of work/tasks to leads/stakeholders.

The Technical Architect supports the Accenture Learning Experience Design Development team (LEDD) in a variety of capacities. The role entails supporting the development and delivery of training solutions to all external clients. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.

Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.

What are we looking for

Education

• B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc/M. Sc in Information Technology/Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics

Work Experience

• Working inside a small team developing web/app-based solutions using common development languages/authoring tools
