• Demonstrated expertise with building automation systems, HVAC controls, and energy management platforms.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading capital improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in facility management software systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with proven track record of team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of facility engineering operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize asset performance and minimize operational disruptions
• Collaborate with property management teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless facility operations and compliance with safety regulations
• Analyze building performance data and energy consumption metrics to identify optimization opportunities and implement sustainability initiatives

• Previous experience managing large-scale, multi-site facility portfolios
