Job summary

Adani is seeking a procurement and governance professional to serve as the primary GCC interface for assigned Business Units in Ahmedabad. You will clarify requirements, manage expectations and ensure timely delivery against SLA/TAT.

You will coordinate across Procurement, Governance, GDGC and MDM to monitor demand, maintain data quality and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and service delivery in an SLA-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline; MBA / PGDM preferred.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Shared Services/GCC Operations, Governance, Master Data Management or Business Operations.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba, SAP MDG, ServiceNow or equivalent systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary GCC interface for assigned Business Units; clarify requirements, manage expectations and maintain regular stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate service delivery across Procurement, Governance, GDGC and MDM; monitor demand, backlog, ageing, dependencies and closure against SOW, SLA and TAT.
• Conduct periodic governance reviews; maintain dashboards and action trackers; resolve bottlenecks and escalate critical risks promptly.
• Support sourcing, contracting, auctions, supplier onboarding and PO-related governance within GCC scope.
• Coordinate master data requests and governance across vendor, material, service, customer and finance domains; ensure data-quality controls and audit evidence.
• Drive process compliance, audit readiness, root-cause resolution, standardization, automation and continuous improvement.

Job description

• BU Partnership:Serve as the primary GCC interface for assigned Business Units; understand priorities, clarify requirements, manage expectations and maintain regular stakeholder engagement.


• End-to-End Delivery:Coordinate service delivery across Procurement, Governance, GDGC and MDM; monitor demand, backlog, ageing, dependencies and closure against agreed SOW, SLA and TAT.


• Governance & Escalation:Conduct periodic reviews with Business Units, SDLs, Tower Leads and Team Leads; maintain dashboards and action trackers; resolve bottlenecks and escalte critical risks promptly.


• Procurement Coordination:Support sourcing, contracting, auctions, supplier onboarding, catalogue management, PO-related services and associated governance within the approved GCC scope.


• Master Data & GDGC:Coordinate master data requests and governance across vendor, material, service, customer and finance domains; ensure required validation, approvals, data-quality controls and audit evidence.


• Operational Excellence:Drive process compliance, audit readiness, root-cause resolution, standardization, automation and continuous improvement to enhance quality, productivity and customer experience.

Service Delivery At least 95% adherence to applicable SLA/TAT commitments

Stakeholder Governance Regular reviews with timely closure of agreed actions

Escalation Control Prompt resolution with zero critical avoidable escalations

Qualifications
