Responsibilities

• BU Partnership: serve as primary GCC interface for assigned Business Units; manage expectations and stakeholder engagement.
• End-to-End Delivery: coordinate service delivery across Procurement, Governance, GDGC and MDM; monitor demand, backlog, ageing, dependencies and closure against SOW, SLA and TAT.
• Governance & Escalation: conduct periodic reviews with Business Units, SDLs, Tower Leads and Team Leads; maintain dashboards and action trackers; resolve bottlenecks and escalated risks promptly.
• Procurement Coordination: support sourcing, contracting, auctions, supplier onboarding, catalogue management, PO-related services and governance within GCC scope.
• Master Data & GDGC: coordinate master data requests and governance across vendor, material, service, customer and finance domains; ensure validation and audit evidence.
• Operational Excellence: drive process compliance, audit readiness, root-cause resolution, standardization, automation and continuous improvement to enhance quality and customer experience.
