• Experience working with HRIS / HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering.
• Good understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
