Job summary

Harshplacements is seeking a Dispatch & Logistics Supervisor (Marble) to oversee vehicle loading, unloading, and stock yard management at Silvassa. The role requires a Graduate with SAP knowledge and 4–5 years of marble industry supervision experience.

Responsibilities include daily dispatch planning, measurement and packing of slabs, yard presentation, and adherence to safety procedures. Salary offered is ₹5.00 LPA with shifts and on-site facilities; immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4–5 years of marble industry supervision experience.
• SAP knowledge is required.
• Experience in vehicle loading, packing and slab measurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions for vehicle loading, unloading, and slab measurement.
• Daily vehicle loading as per dispatch plan.
• Pack loaded marble slabs securely for transit.
• Measure new blocks and slabs as per SOP.
• Manage storage yard and present materials for customers.
• Monitor yard material movement and ensure safety procedures.

Qualification: B.A. / B.Com with SAP Software Knowledge

Experience: 4–5 Years in the Marble Industry

Salary: ₹5.00 LPA (₹41,600 CTC per month)

Purpose of Job: Supervision of vehicle loading, unloading, stock yard management, slabs / block measurement.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Follow the work instruction of vehicle loading, unloading, block and slab measurement.
• Daily vehicle loading as per dispatch plan.
• Packing loaded vehicle marble slabs for safety of marble during transportation.
• Measurement of newly received block.
• Slab measurement as per SOP.
• Storage yard management & presentation for customer prospective.
• Daily monitoring of manual fiber & manual filling work.
• Control and monitoring of yard outside material movement.
• Cut size material readiness, inspection, numbering and packing of cut size pieces.
• Follow all the safety procedures for a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Experience Required: Graduate + 4 to 5 Years of experience in marble industry supervision.
