Role Overview:
The Brand Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overarching brand strategy across multiple products. You’ll work closely with domain experts, and GTM teams to ensure that every product we build is supported by compelling, consistent, and high-impact brand messaging.
You’ll craft stories that cut through noise, shape public perception, and create resonance with customers, partners, and the broader target personas.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the brand architecture for the company and its suite of products.
- Develop clear messaging pillars, tone of voice, and visual guidelines adaptable across product lines and markets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels—digital, events, product marketing, PR, and internal communications.
- Translate complex product propositions into clear, differentiated, and compelling brand narratives.
- Build core messaging templates, explainer decks, and positioning frameworks for internal and external use.
- Leverage a mix of channels—LinkedIn, PR, industry events, email, partnerships, and content—to build brand awareness.
- Track and report on brand KPIs such as engagement, recall, and campaign performance.
- Run A/B tests on messaging and creative assets to improve impact over time.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or communications—ideally in B2B, SaaS, energy, or sustainability sectors.
- Proven ability to shape brand narratives across diverse product offerings and global markets.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to synthesize technical or domain-heavy content.
- Creative thinker with a structured, analytical approach to campaigns and messaging.
- (Bonus) Experience in brand building during early or growth stages of a startup.
