About Wisdom Tree
Wisdom Tree is an AI-first global consulting firm trusted by leading brands both in India and globally empowering extraordinary businesses through strategic partnerships, thought leadership, and AI-driven transformation. Operating across sustainability, technology, and education, Wisdom Tree delivers end-to-end impact through its proven Discover Develop Deploy framework: uncovering AI opportunities through CXO surveys and executive roundtables, building organizational capability through workshops and fractional AI teams, and deploying real-world use cases through AI Studios and go-to-market support.
Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic Marketing Specialist who is eager to learn and make a difference. Reporting into the marketing & GTM team, you will own the week-to-week execution of Wisdom Tree's marketing plan the LinkedIn-led content engine built around our Discover / Develop / Deploy (3Ds) framework, the website and Thought Leadership hub, email nurture, and our webinar and roundtable series — turning our existing credibility with CXOs and hyperscaler partners into a repeatable pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Social (LinkedIn-first)
- Own and execute the 8-week (and ongoing) LinkedIn content calendar across the 3Ds pillars — publishing to the company page ~3x/week and coordinating founder, faculty, and advisor posts for amplification.
- Draft post copy and hooks aligned to the content pillars (brand framework, mentor/advisor spotlights, use cases, demos, research), and run the monthly employee “share kit” for team advocacy.
- Repurpose each LinkedIn post into a longer-form article for the website's Thought Leadership hub to build an owned, SEO-indexed content library.
Website & SEO
- Maintain website fundamentals — meta descriptions, keyword-targeted pages, and a simple case-study/insights tagging system organized by 3Ds pillar.
- Build out case-study pages (Challenge Approach Outcome) from client work, working with consulting teams to source quantified metrics.
- Support gated lead-magnet assets (e.g., the CXO AI Readiness Survey / playbook) and the newsletter sign-up flow.
Email & Nurture
- Produce the monthly “3Ds Briefing” newsletter (one use case, one research insight, one upcoming event), repurposed from existing LinkedIn/blog content.
- Manage event-triggered and lead-magnet email nurture sequences (recap + resource + soft CTA).
Webinars, Roundtables & Events
- Support planning, promotion, and logistics for the monthly flagship webinar/roundtable and the quarterly in-person CXO roundtable — invites, registration tracking, and follow-up.
- Help coordinate co-hosted sessions with hyperscaler and advisor partners, and assist with PR pitches tied to survey findings and award/ranking submissions.
Reporting, CRM & Tools
- Maintain CRM hygiene and lead tracking (HubSpot or equivalent) and apply consistent UTM tagging across shared links.
- Track performance against KPIs — LinkedIn followers/engagement, website sessions, newsletter subscribers, webinar registrants, and marketing-influenced leads — and assist with reporting for the weekly content/lead review and monthly KPI review.
- Support paid media execution (LinkedIn Lead Gen Ads, branded search) once organic performance benchmarks are established, typically from month 3 onward.
Design & General
- Design visually impactful marketing assets — LinkedIn carousels, case-study graphics, event promotion — using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Conduct light market and competitor research to help refine content and GTM strategy.
- Take initiative, bring new ideas, and be a proactive “go-getter” to help amplify Wisdom Tree's reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Freshers welcome:candidates with less than 1 year of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications are encouraged to apply, as are final-year students or recent graduates with a strong aptitude for marketing from a top university. This is a Pre-MBA role.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities — comfortable writing LinkedIn posts, newsletter copy, and short articles in a consistent brand voice.
- Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or similar tools for visual content creation.
- Exposure to event or webinar coordination (e.g., Zoom Webinar, LinkedIn Live) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Buffer, or Google Analytics, and an eagerness to learn new systems.
- Comfortable working to a weekly/monthly publishing cadence and managing multiple content workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree (or final year of study) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, ideally from a top university.
- Passion for AI, innovation, and business transformation; readiness to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proactive, accountable, and excited by new challenges — a true go-getter.
Work Arrangement
- Based in India, with occasional travel for events, workshops, and partner/client meetings.
