• Develop consistent pipeline of applications from customers who require finance for New Commercial Vehicles through direct sourcing, Dealers, market references.
• Manage relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Obtain all documentation and information related to loan proposals in a timely manner to follow First Time Right.
• Generate and pass on leads for cross-sell products like Saving Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag where applicable.
• Ensure compliance to RBI policies, processes and all regulatory matters.
