Job summary

Irep Credit Capital in India seeks a Branch Business Sales Manager to lead LAP sales, set branch targets, and drive performance. You will manage a team, oversee loan disbursement and recovery, and maintain portfolio quality while ensuring efficient customer service and staff support.

The role requires 5–7 years in LAP sales in NBFC/banking, strong communication, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel within the local area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch sales targets on a month-on-month basis.
• Monitor team performance and motivate to achieve LAP targets.
• Oversee loan disbursement and recovery processes.
• Travel regularly to understand ground pulse of customers and employees.
• Maintain overall portfolio quality and collection efficiency.
• Lead team productivity and PDD/document retrieval management.
• Coordinate with advocates for property-related reports.
• Ensure timely customer service and staff request closures (TAT).

Job Description :

• The BSM role is target based . Responsible for overall Sales target achievement for the branch on month on month basis
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to achieve sales (LAP) targets
• Expertise in day-to- day operational work like loan disbursement & recovery mechanism
• Must be open to travelling. Regular visits to understand the ground pulse of both customers and employees.
• Maintain Overall portfolio quality
• Maintain collection efficiency for the area

• PDD management and document retrieval management
• Physical verification of customer business and property.
• Setting sales targets for individual Sales officer and team as a whole.
• Coordinating with local advocate for property related reports.
• Coordinating with staff members for smooth flow of loan process.
• Reach the set targets by motivating staff in a right manner.
• Will be responsible for TAT for Customer Service /staff request closures and retention of the existing portfolio.
• Good knowledge of the local area

Work Experience:

• Minimum experience of 5-7 years in LAP Sales from NBFC/ Banking Sector
• Team hiring and management experience is mandatory

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate (10+2+3) & or Postgraduate.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Language Proficiency Kannada & English / Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
