Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in Affordable Home Loans via connectors and direct market sourcing.
• Build and manage strong relationships with connectors and referral partners for lead generation.
• Drive individual sales targets while ensuring quality sourcing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and support.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance as per norms.
