Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead the Retail Liabilities Sales Team at the Mumbai branch. You will drive revenue through current and savings accounts, CA cross-sell and third-party products, while ensuring service quality.

You will recruit and train team members, organize lead generation activities, and be the single point of contact for customer grievances. Compliance with KYC norms and RBI guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate qualification required.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience in leading a team in retail banking or sales.

Job description

KRAs:

• Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
• Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
• Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts
• Recruit and train the team members on regular basis
• Schedule business calls with the team members while meeting some important customers
• Organize various lead generation activities for his/her branch
• Be the one point contact in case of any grievance from customers side
• Ensure that quality of services offered are maintained as per the standards set.
• Ensure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met in terms of documents collected
• Ensure that the team members are properly guided on adherence to the requirements as per the KYC norms as prescribed by RBI and satisfy that these are satisfied before forwarding the Account Opening Forms to RPCs for processing
• Contribute towards building CASA book size.
