Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank Nashik-3 branch is hiring for Branch Relationship Officer - Used Car. The role focuses on sourcing finance for used cars, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance.

You will engage with dealers and DSAs to generate a steady loan pipeline. The position requires 1–5 years of experience in sales or banking, with a customer-centric approach and knowledge of loan processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in commerce or related streams.
• Candidates with multiple degrees may be preferred.
• Graduation in business, finance, or related fields is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop consistent pipeline of used car loan applications from customers sourced directly, through dealers, and references.
• Manage relationships with customers to respond to requirements promptly and professionally.
• Ensure timely collection of documents for loan proposals to uphold First Time Right standard.
• Generate and pass on leads for cross-sell products like savings and current accounts, term deposits, FASTag where applicable.
• Maintain 100% compliance with RBI policies, processes, and regulatory mandates.
• Follow up with channels to keep relationships intact and ensure no pending PDD beyond 60 days.
• Understand ESFB Used Car Funding products and offer appropriate schemes to meet customer requirements.

• Develop consistent pipeline of applications from good quality customers who require finance for purchase of Used cars through direct sourcing, Dealers, DSAs, market references etc.,
• Effectively manage relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to practice ‘First Time Right’ principle.
• Actively generate & pass on leads for cross-sell products like Saving Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag (wherever applicable)
• Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies
• Closely follow up Channels and keep the relationship intact and ensure no PDD is pending beyond 60 days from his channels.
• Understand the products & policies of ESFB Used car Funding and offer the right scheme to the client and ensure customer’s requirement is met.
