Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a Branch Relationship Executive for the Used Car portfolio in Rajasthan. The role reports to the Used Car department within Assets and focuses on disbursements, portfolio quality, and cycle-time improvements while managing a sales-oriented team in the Jodhpur area.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a strong focus on customer relationship management, and a track record of achieving branch targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch sales/relationship management. (3–5 years)
• Used car domain exposure preferred.
• Permanent employment with track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UC disbursements as per productivity norms and drive branch sales performance.
• Maintain branch profitability and meet WIRR/PF targets as per annexures.
• Execute PDD collection plans and maintain portfolio quality with timely ED resolutions.
• Monitor ED cases and ensure resolution within defined timeframes (12 months).
• Coordinate training; track mandays and ensure team development.
• Ensure process orientation and audit readiness across the branch.
• Lead and manage the team; monitor attrition and incentive eligibility.
