Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a Branch Relationship Executive - UCV at Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on managing branch sales, building a high-quality loan portfolio, tracking repayments, and driving productivity within the sales team.

The candidate will lead and nurture the team, establish new UCVD & DOST sourcing channels, and monitor manpower capacity to ensure timely, high-performance results within the branch. This is a permanent, on-site position in the South Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce( honours) is required as part of the educational background.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Branch in terms of Sales.
• Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity
• Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player
• To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
• Track manpower as per capacity plan and ensure individual productivity
• Appointment of new UCVD & DOST channels for alternative sourcing
• PDD to be tracked for loan disbursed
• Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
