Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and process-oriented Branch Operation Manager to manage and streamline operational functions at the branch level within the Affordable Home Loan segment. The role involves overseeing loan processing, documentation, customer servicing, audit compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth disbursement and post-disbursement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, understanding of housing finance operations, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end branch operations related to affordable home loan disbursement and servicing.
• Verify loan documentation including KYC, income proof, property documents, and compliance checklists.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
• Ensure timely updating of MIS, trackers, and system entries in the Loan Management System (LMS).
• Handle customer queries and grievances related to disbursements, statements, and repayments.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit, regulatory, and statutory guidelines (NHB/RBI as applicable).
• Maintain proper physical and digital filing of all documents as per policy.
• Support branch audit activities and assist in resolving audit observations.
• Act as a liaison between the branch and HO/central operations for escalated issues and process updates.
