Job summary

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a Branch Manager for TAG Jaipur in India. The role focuses on market scanning, appointing stockists, and driving sales targets across hotels, hospitals, residential and commercial projects.

The incumbent will maintain relations with builders and developers, coordinate with architects and engineers, and organize brand promotions like retailers and architect meets to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Market Scanning to identify business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Appointment of STOCKIST / AD/ DD in the assigned territory.
• Plan to achieve targets within the time frame every month.
• Maintain good relation with Builders & Developers in each city.
• Arrange brand promotional activities like Retailers Meet, Architect Meet, Associates meet & Influencers meet.

Responsibilities

• Day to day tracking of Sales Target & Collection.

• Collaboration with A+ Contractors Architects & Engineers
• Supporting team by visiting with them where they are facing challenges.
• Generating high volume of business by dealing with projects like Hotel, Hospital, Residential & Commercial.
• Maintain good relation with all the Builders & Developers of the each and every city.
• Should Track and Guide his team members to achieve maximum output with healthy time management.
• Arranging brand promotional activities like Retailers Meet, Architect Meet, Associates meet & Influencers meet.
