Job summary

UltraTech Cement is seeking a field sales professional in Madhya Pradesh to drive business growth through market scanning, identifying opportunities and expanding the dealer/stockist network.

You will plan monthly targets, monitor collections, coordinate with architects and engineers, and organize brand promotion events to engage builders and developers across cities.

Responsibilities

• Market scanning to identify business opportunities in the assigned geographical area.
• Appointment of STOCKIST / AD/ DD in the assigned territory.
• Designer market to ensure zero conflict between channel partners.
• Day to day tracking of Sales Target & Collection.
• Plan to achieve targets within the time frame every month.
• Close watch on Market and activities of Competitors.
• Collaboration with A+ Contractors Architects & Engineers.
• Supporting team by visiting with them where they are facing challenges.
• Generating high volume of business by dealing with projects like Hotel, Hospital, Residential & Commercial.
• Maintain good relation with all the Builders & Developers of the each and every city.
• Track and guide team members to achieve maximum output with healthy time management.
• Arranging brand promotional activities like Retailers Meet, Architect Meet, Associates meet & Influencers meet.
