Job summary

Heritage Foods is seeking a sales professional in Andhra Pradesh to plan, execute and promote the business, aiming for targets and growth. This role involves channel development, market intelligence, and customer program execution.

The incumbent will coordinate with teams, monitor promotions, and ensure compliance with statutory/ISO/audit queries while minimizing losses and ensuring smooth distribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, Execute & promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
• Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
• Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.
• Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system.
• Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
• Minimize the leakages, damages & transit losses & ensure no return policy.
• Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams
• Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.
• Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.
