Job summary

Fly High Global Education Private Limited is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our flagship center in Sector 2, Noida, overseeing daily operations, a counsellor team, and drive student conversions. The role focuses on maintaining high visa success rates and building strong university/partner relationships.

You will guide a multi-country study abroad program, manage staff, and implement local marketing initiatives to position the brand as a premier study abroad consultancy in the Noida hub.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in the study abroad industry.
• 2–3 years in a managerial/branch lead role.
• Experience with Delhi-NCR/Noida preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly/quarterly recruitment targets for multi-country study abroad admissions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor counselors, visa officers, and front-desk staff.
• Monitor inquiry-to-walk-in and walk-in-to-enrollment ratios; ensure high conversion across channels.
• Oversee SOPs and visa processing to maintain high visa success rates and accurate documentation.
• Build relationships with university reps, direct partners, universities, high schools and education aggregators.
• Maintain market insights on Sector 2/Noida competitors and drive local marketing initiatives.

About the Role

Fly High Global Education Private Limited is hiring a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead our flagship center in Sector 2, Noida, We deliver end-to-end foreign education advisory services to top global destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.).

As the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations, lead a team of counsellors, drive student conversion targets, and position our brand as the premier study abroad consultancy in the hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Leadership & Operations: Drive monthly/quarterly recruitment targets for multi-country study abroad admissions.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of study abroad counselors, visa officers, and front-desk staff.
• Lead Conversion & Business Growth: Monitor inquiry-to-walk-in and walk-in-to-enrollment ratios; ensure high conversion across all channels.
• SOP & Visa Process Oversight: Work closely with processing teams to maintain high visa success rates and error-free documentation.
• Institutional Relations: Build relationships with university reps, direct partners, universities, high schools and education aggregators.
• Competitor & Market Analysis: Maintain a strong pulse on local competitors in Sector 2/Noida and implement local marketing & outreach initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in the Study Abroad industry, with at least 2–3 years in a Managerial / Branch Lead role (Experience with major education consultancies in Delhi-NCR/Noida is highly preferred).
• Country Knowledge: Deep expertise in university admissions, entry requirements, and visa processes for UK, USA, Canada, Europe (Germany, Ireland, etc.), and Australia.
• Sales & Conversion Focus: Proven track record of hitting target numbers and managing sales pipelines.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Leadership: Strong team-handling capabilities, problem-solving mindset, and operational discipline.
