Job summary

A leading overseas education consultancy in Ghaziabad is seeking a passionate Study Abroad Advisor / Overseas Education Counsellor. In this on-site full-time role, you will counsel students on global education options, conduct evaluations, and convert inquiries into enrollments. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset, preferably with 1–4 years of experience in the field. Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Study Abroad is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on Study Abroad options.
• Conduct profile evaluations and recommend universities.
• Convert walk-ins and calls into paid applications.
• Support admissions documentation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with processing and testing partners.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure follow-ups.
• Participate in seminars and center activities.

Beyond Immigration Pvt. Ltd. is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate Study Abroad Advisor / Overseas Education Counsellor to join our RDC Ghaziabad team. If you love guiding students, closing meaningful enrollments, and being part of a fast-growing overseas education brand — this role is for you.

📍 Location: RDC, Ghaziabad (On-site)

🕒 Type: Full-time

💼 Experience: 1–4 years (Study Abroad preferred; freshers with strong aptitude may apply)

💰 Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives

What you’ll do

• Counsel students on Study Abroad options (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
• Conduct profile evaluations & recommend suitable universities/courses
• Convert walk-ins, calls, and digital leads into paid applications
• Support admissions documentation (SOP/LOR guidance, checklists, follow-ups)
• Coordinate with central processing & IELTS/PTE partners
• Maintain CRM/lead data and ensure timely follow-ups
• Participate in seminars, counselling days & center activities
