Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in B2C sales in healthcare or aesthetics, fluent in Tamil and English, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–7 years in B2C sales, preferably healthcare/wellness/aesthetics.
• Proven lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.
• Fluency in Tamil and English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Target-driven, customer-oriented, and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through various channels.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable skin and hair treatments based on clinical offerings.
• Drive clinic revenue by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure high-quality client service and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Track and report on lead conversion rates, customer feedback, and branch performance.
