Job summary

Max Transtech Limited invites applications for a Branch Manager in Dehradun (with Pathankot coverage). You will oversee daily branch operations, pickups, transit and delivery per SLA/TAT, drive service quality, and manage staff to ensure profitable branch performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in branch or hub operations in courier/logistics, strong knowledge of transport ops, WMS and TMS, fluency in English/Hindi, and willingness to travel locally (7 days/month).

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in branch or hub operations within courier/logistics (B2B/B2C).
• Strong knowledge of transport operations, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; local dialect is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the branch, including pickups, transit, and delivery in adherence to SLAs and TATs.
• Maintain service quality and reduce service gaps in POD management and DEPSI (Damage, Excess, Pilferage, Shortage, Interchange).
• Conduct weekly market visits for local client acquisition and maintain existing client relationships through regular engagement.
• Manage additional load during sale periods/festive seasons by coordinating with Head Office and handling vendor performance and timely invoice closure.
• Oversee staff hiring and cost optimization to run a smooth, profitable branch.
• Conduct regular training to ensure client SOP compliance and operation hygiene.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and reviews (minimum 7 days/month).
