IDFC FIRST Bank Limited in Indore region is seeking a Branch Manager for Micro Business Loans to drive branch growth and lending targets. The role requires coordinating with Retail for seamless customer experiences and achieving disbursement goals.

You will lead recruitment and training, oversee portfolio management, and ensure compliance while delivering cost-efficient, technology-enabled banking services to customers.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience in branch/ sales or SME lending.
• Graduation in Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Target and manpower planning for the branch.
• Recruitment and training of manpower – Sales Manager/Branch sales manager & branch credit and collection manager and feet on street.
• Meet disbursement targets month on month.
• Identify business clusters with high potential and execute penetration strategies.
• Track and improve manpower productivity at all levels.
• Monitor and mentor the branch team.
• Keep track of competition and report new products/market developments to upstream.
• Manage product mix and branch profitability.
• Manage bucket collection and overall portfolio management.
• Ensure internal and external audit compliance.

Job Purpose

The role entails scaling up the business for the Micro Business Loan lending for a designated area by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. Role will closely collaborate with Retail team for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Target and Manpower planning for the branch.
• Ensure recruitment and training of manpower – Sales Manager/Branch sales manager & branch credit and collection manager and feet on street.
• Will be responsible for meeting disbursements targets month on month.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelors in Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.

Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM
