Tata Capital Finance Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager for Retail MFB - Sales at Piplod, Bhavani Complex. The role focuses on achieving disbursement targets with minimal delinquency, building JLG-based customer bases, and leading sales teams across assigned territories.

The position requires keen market acumen in microfinance, daily/weekly collections, and strong client relationship skills to expand regional reach and ensure portfolio quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required; business development and client onboarding experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills for branch networks and stakeholders.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to source new Microfinance Bank/Group loans.

Responsibilities

• Achieve disbursement targets with low delinquency.
• Identify Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and disbursed loans to target customers/geographies.
• Develop and manage teams across territories for market growth.
• Assess potential client base and expansion opportunities in new regions.
• Manage disbursement, repayment, and delinquency with daily/weekly collections targets.
• Follow up on disbursed loans, especially overdue accounts.
• Conduct field visits and centre meetings to source and verify applicants.
• Maintain portfolio quality by tracking normal dues, non-starters, delinquency and frauds.
• Build strong client relationships and brand presence with customers.
• Hold regular centre meetings and field visits; guide freshers up to 5 years of experience in microfinance sales.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency
• Identifying Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, to suit the target customers and geographies.
• Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
• Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly collections targets
• Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.
• Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting and loan applicants
• Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.
• Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.
• Ensuring weekly / daily meetings & visit to centre
• Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp + as a sales officer in microfinance business Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
