Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Kozhikode branch.
• Deploy caregivers and staff based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, caregivers and families for service delivery.
• Monitor performance and achieve business, revenue, and operational targets.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall operations and performance of our homecare branch in Kozhikode .

The Branch Manager will be responsible for branch operations, staff and caregiver management, client coordination, service quality, business development, customer satisfaction, and achieving branch targets .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kozhikode branch and ensure smooth functioning.
  
• Manage caregiver and staff deployment based on client requirements.
  
• Coordinate with clients, caregivers, and families to ensure effective service delivery.
  
• Monitor branch performance and achieve business, revenue, and operational targets .
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  
• Handle client concerns, complaints, and service-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Supervise and guide office staff, field staff, coordinators, and caregivers .
  
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity.
  
• Conduct regular staff follow-ups and performance reviews.
  
• Coordinate with the Recruitment and Operations teams to meet manpower requirements.
  
• Ensure adequate caregiver availability and timely deployment.
  
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction .
  
• Ensure proper documentation, records, and compliance with company procedures.
  
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports to management.
  
• Identify opportunities for business growth, client acquisition, and service expansion in the Kozhikode region.
  
• Support management initiatives, campaigns, and other branch-level activities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in any of the following areas:
