Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, mentoring staff, and coordinating with doctors, families, and multidisciplinary teams. A B.Sc.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in home healthcare, hospital nursing supervision, or clinical coordination is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing operations and patient care activities.
• Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and organizational policies.
• Guide, mentor, and support nurses and caregivers in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.
• Review patient care plans and ensure their appropriate implementation.
• Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely reporting of significant changes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, records, and reports.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, patients, families, nurses, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct clinical audits, quality checks, and field supervision visits as required.
• Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control practices and patient safety standards.
• Identify operational and clinical challenges and take appropriate corrective actions.
