Poonawalla Fincorp is seeking an experienced Branch Operations leader for a key position at our Rajasthan Sujangarh branch. The role focuses on managing daily branch operations, profitability, and customer engagement while driving field marketing and lead generation.

You will oversee vault custody, KYC verification, loan disbursal processes, foreclosure handling, and payments. Strong emphasis on compliance, NPAs control, and team leadership to enable branch growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Gold loan or asset products.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations and profitability.
• Drive field marketing activities to improve branch visibility.
• Plan, conduct and monitor field-level marketing to create a healthy lead pipeline.
• Engage with customers, assess gold ornaments for pledge, and ensure policy compliance.
• Custodian of vault with safekeeping of pledged ornaments.
• Verify KYC, process loan disbursals, and handle foreclosures and payments.
• Manage NPAs through follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
• Hire, coach and mentor staff; provide timely performance feedback.
• Prepare branch reports and implement growth actions; manage third-party products.
• Maintain accurate valuation and 100% process compliance at branch.

Job Summary

Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch. Drive participate in field marketing activities with the team to improve branch visibility. Plan, conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion branch growth.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer engagement appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledge ornaments as per company policy.
• Verify customer KYC documents, application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure, interest payment transactions based on customer requests.
• Authorize transactions for disbursal, foreclosure, release and accept customer payments.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from customers for interest collections.
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error-free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
